Cherish your inner Van Gogh with the Sunflower workshop!

Resin Dip is totally safe, non toxic, and not known to cause allergies (unless you are allergic to nail varnish). As with all liquids containing dyes, participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing.

Date: 8th January 2025

Time:  10:30 – 12:00

Venue:  Inion Arts, The MOTea and Coffee Cafe, Dean Garage,  Hurstbourne Tarrant, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 0AS

Provided: 

All tools including wire cutters, wire, tape, acrylic resin dip, beads, crystals etc as appropriate to use during the session.  Light refreshments (typically tea or coffee, cake or biscuits).   A set lunch can be arranged if desired, but the cafe sells sandwiches, panninis etc.

Outcomes:

Each participant will produce at least 1 Sunflower in the colour of their choice within the allotted time. There will be colours unique to Inion Arts available, including the new Shimmer range.

Cost: £22.50 per person

Considerations:

There is free parking available, the venue is easy to find, if you find the Dean Garage and pass down between it and The Family Shopper, you will be facing the MOTea and Coffee Cafe.

The acrylic resin dip is not poisonous, will wash out of clothing and off skin when dry, but you may prefer to wear short or tight sleeves. The acrylic resin dip is very hard wearing, if treated with care, we have flowers that are 4+ years old and still look as good as new. However, if you squash them the petals may split.  Please bring apron or other covering to protect clothes if you wish.
