A Quick Update on Postage, Packaging & Delivery

We wanted to let you know about a small change to our postage options — and also take this opportunity to remind you how our delivery process works.

Postage Changes

Up until recently, we were sending most orders via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. While those options were affordable, they didn’t offer tracking — which meant we often received messages from customers wondering where their parcels were. Totally understandable, but it also took up quite a bit of time!

So we trialled Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 — and the results were brilliant. Fewer "Where is my order?" emails meant we had more time to focus on packing and sending your orders quickly and carefully. Win-win!

These tracked services also come with email and SMS updates direct from Royal Mail, so you’ll be kept in the loop as your parcel makes its way to you.

They are a little more expensive than untracked options, but we think the added reassurance is worth it — and hopefully you do too.

Packaging Costs

Our postage charges also include a small contribution toward packaging. We cover most of the cost ourselves, but things like sturdy boxes, tissue paper, tape, and protective wrapping all add up — and we want your order to arrive in perfect condition.

Free P&P on Kits

Just to reassure you — all our kits still come with free postage and packing, and that’s not changing.


Our Delivery Policy

We process orders in the order in which they’re received.

Unless otherwise stated, we aim to process all orders within 2–3 working days of receiving them. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll always let you know.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information — and if you’ve provided a mobile number, you’ll get SMS updates too.

Please remember: Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 refers to Royal Mail’s delivery time after dispatch — not how quickly we process the order.


Where Is My Order?

If it’s been 14 days since you placed your order and your parcel still hasn’t arrived, please get in touch by email at inionarts@outlook.com.

It’s always best to contact us by email, as we’re often away from the phone and don’t have mobile reception to answer calls or pick up voicemails. We’ll always reply to emails as soon as we can.
