Delivery Information

Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail or UPS within 48 - 72 hours of receipt of your payment 

wherever possible. ALL parcels are insured for loss during transportation. Tracking may incur an additional cost. 

Faulty or incorrectly shipped items will be exchanged but it is your responsibility to return them to us. Please contact 

us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and do not return any goods until you have contacted us so that the method of 

carriage and destination address can be agreed. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 48 hours of agreement.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight, some items have a disproportionate size:weight ratio such as foam blocks.  

Free shipping is available on all kits.
